Hello!Monarch Gallery's theme for the June show is Georgia on My Mind, i.e. Georgia O'Keefe. I grew some wonderful Gazania's the last two summers and have expanded on those themes. it's a little more direct approach than I have been working with recently. I have the basic composition, need to apply and quilt and embellish (lots of sequins and thread!). And as you can see I have been moderately successful playing with my new camera. Am exploring ways to photograph my work to post on the web, develop slides and share with family and friends.
